When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested. You must keep this information up to date. sce365 is not responsible for any adverse consequence arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or during subsequent updates.
Before processing a withdrawal, sce365 requires completion of a KYC verification process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identification Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. You may also be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad number used for deposits is registered to you). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sce365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. sce365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. sce365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This additional layer of security helps protect your account and your BDT balance from unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
sce365 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We may add or remove supported payment methods at any time and will communicate changes via in-platform notifications. sce365 does not currently accept deposits by international credit or debit card or via bank transfer for standard player accounts.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account tier and will be displayed within the cashier section of your account. sce365 reserves the right to apply enhanced deposit limits to accounts flagged for responsible gaming review.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your sce365 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. sce365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment provider outages or network congestion. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sce365 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Attempts to deposit in a currency other than BDT may result in the transaction being declined or the funds being returned to the originating payment method, minus any fees charged by the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of our players' funds. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as BPL finals or major IPL match evenings. sce365 aims to complete all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. If a withdrawal has not been received within 48 hours of approval, please contact our support team.
sce365 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request for the purpose of security review, fraud prevention, or KYC verification. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it. Where additional documentation is requested, the withdrawal will be released promptly upon satisfactory receipt of the required documents.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms contained in this section apply.
Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotional terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is eligible. Only bets placed with real-money funds contribute to clearing Bonus Funds wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. sce365 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be claimed by players using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technologies to misrepresent their location or identity. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming the same bonus will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any uncleared winnings associated with them will be removed from your account balance without notice.

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets, are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. sce365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error or that contains incorrect odds.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or communication error that interrupts a game or betting session, sce365 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round based on the last confirmed state recorded on our servers. Where this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance. sce365 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sce365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all account balances:
sce365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, sce365 will notify the account holder by email or in-platform message and will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, sce365 may permanently close the account and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the sce365 support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of damages, sce365's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
